The Teachers Supporting Teachers Program is a continuing professional development initiative designed to empower educators with the tools and knowledge necessary to provide quality education that inspires and transforms the lives of students. Lasting between 40 and 80 hours of MEDUCA – accredited training, our program focuses on improving pedagogy and instructional methodologies based on solid research, with a special focus on creating a positive classroom culture and maximizing of student learning.

The Lecto Labs diploma is a program that promotes the teaching of reading and writing as a fundamental part of language acquisition and the development of communication skills to achieve understanding. Through this program we seek to equip teachers with the necessary tools and strategies to stimulate the development of reading fluency and comprehension and at the same time reinforce self-esteem in students through the enrichment of vocabulary through the creation of reading clubs. .
The focus of this diploma is to provide teachers with different creative methodologies for teaching reading and writing in the classroom, placing special emphasis on letter sounds, high frequency words, daily writing and reading, creative writing, the creation of learning centers with reusable material and reading fluency and comprehension.
